@dylanparker72 Quite honestly, initially (in my immaturity) I thought it was relationship issues, then 2nd time around I heard the murdered Negro statement and realised I am a pratt and it is political! My guess is it is about American government corruption due to the Vietnam references. I don't know anything about the chap, but I am already a fan! :)

A Scot, folk song writer and singer, came onto British folk scene mid to late 60's.
The time of protest songs etc which is what this is.
