Call of Duty 4 outdoes counter-strike source's outdated yet laggy graphics and is far more realistic. If you think counter-strike is more realistic ask yourself this:

What can I do in counter strike source? run, walk, crouch, shoot, reload and spam grenades. You can do all that in call of duty 4 too, but at least you can even go prone for stealh and accuracy, and there's actually a ranking system rather than losing what little progress you can get on css every time you change server or maps.

Yeh, you can spray with an ak47 on cod4 and still manage to kill a guy from accross the map and only using 10 bullets. red dot sight takes no skill to use and yeh when u die from an airstrike you can respawn immediately and get killed by same airstrike again. cod4 is shit and overhyped the textures are the same as css only with pixeled grass. Hell, I play on Counter strike 1.6 which is 10 years old way more than cod4..

These skills are developed thru time and practice, the easiest way to start intense training is join up in 24/7 AWP Professionals (have positive score in the server) or look for any fy_iceworld server with deathmatch mode (respawn) Get the 1000 kills in less then 2 hrs and you shall qualify as a true pwnzor
