So I found a dragonair thing and noticed That it's special attack is kinda low... But it's dragon type. Does any1 know if it gets better when it evolves or levels up?

Fact: RhyDON, not Rhyhorn, was the first Pokemon ever created.

That first tactic for keeping your steps count down works, but if you catch an extra grass type with Sweet Scent, that works great too.

also note that you can get lucky egg from chansey, and that's a great item for leveling up any pokemon from lower levels, so yeah if you can find a chansey catch it it will help you out a lot.
