There are two videos in this series: abdominal bracing and abdominal hollowing. They appear to be almost the same. The only difference I noticed was describing contracting both the abdominal muscles and back muscles in the first few weeks of abdominal bracing. So, what is the difference between abdominal bracing and abdominal hollowing?
yes this isnt powerlifting, this corrects bad mechanics so do everyday.. and dont forget to continue the good bending, sitting standing moving lifting. most people ruin exercises lijke this by starting with bad mechanics the instant they sit up and do bad maneuvers about a dozen times befotre they even get home.. so back and knees keep hurting
