@spliffs333 Most formats, MP4, Mpeg, WMV...I upload in MP4...the thing that allows the viewer to select 1080p is the resolution that you render the video at...1080p (1920 x 1080)....this will not change the sound settings, to upload hd sound you must set the Audio Bit Rate to 256kbps - 320 kbps...hope that helps
