If i think it over... the thing people ''fear'' the most would be pain.That comes before or after the fear of the unknowing. And if you say you shouldnt fear, wouldnt that depend on how high or low your pain level is or something ?or how much you are attached to something/someone and not want to lose it or how good you can let go? Most fears disappear with understanding of sorts, but its impossible to know all, so i would say some fears will only go away if we have understanding of alot/all

I guess they smelled my fear. well everything was okay until the cyclic humming sound of their propulsion system felt like the rumbling of an earthquake almost. I looked around. the cat woke up and looked around. Instinctively knowing that I'm not ready for anything like that yet, the ship, after a moment, could be heard ascending. Same sound as in the Vrillion audio. didn't think I'd fear, but it was intense

Fear is based on your thoughts, when you dismiss those thoughts, you dismiss fear.
You are not your thoughts. Dare to question the thoughts in your head, as they don't belong to you, they are not you!
When you dismiss the thoughts, the duality ends, as all then will be good.
There is nothing to believe, as a believe is based on thoughts.
This is the one and only thing one needs to do to end duality and to be enlighten, to be love, to be God/Spirit/Soul/....
