get the k810i or w810i instead.... (if you can) .....GPS...... only works free after unbranding and flashing the firmware. easily gets scratched with credit cards or coins in pocket. lagginess for a sony ericsson phone like this is ..... like... wtf. accelerometer is okay. 3g kills the battery, even though the battery is one of the best on a sony ericsson. i love the video ringtone function - thats about it. and the way the phone looks. everything else.......... meh, TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.

well the W910 is a bit cooler and i think it got more " things" in it.

BUT the quality totaly sucks... i breaks easier than a glassbowl dropped from 10 ft.

the buttons falls of and the program in it got alot of bugs. my freind got on, he had it in 1 and a half month and it broke more than 4 times.

i strongly suggest W760 i got on and it is more durabel. i'w dropped it like 50 times from 1 meter and its not singel problem with it. i'w had my now in half a year and not a singel problem.

10x 4 the suggestions...4 me it seems that they are the same model...not a big difference...i must tell you that i have an older model of sonny ericsson-W200i...from 2 years...and i droped it a lot, but it`s just fine! I hate the simple models of phones, and sincerely I don`t have enogh money...that`s why i ask which model is better!

i bought the W580 at first.. and it broke 6 times at a half a year ^_^ thats one repair each seond month for godsake !!!

i mean i think the repair crew had the mobile more time than i had it. so i got i replaced by the W760

and the W910 is even worse in the quality...

Well hope you enjoy your W760, to me the price is the best thing it cheap !!

it's really cool and it has many features, the motion sensor rocks xD if you buy this one make sure you won't put it in your pocket cause it's pretty sensitive, just a tip to prevent damage :D

I was wondering the same thing. I just bought the w760a and when i was looking around i couldnt tell a difference between the w760, w760a and w760i. They are probably just upgraded versions of the w760 but I'm not 100% sure..

i thought all sony ericsson phones with i in the end means a fixed version. it proved right when i saw my friend's w760 and my w760i, his had many bugs. also, i cant figure out what is the little dot that looks like a camera in the front of the w760i beside the walkman logo below the screen. h

No, r4c3r10970 is correct. The bugs you seen and such was most likely due to him having an older version of the firmware.

And that little dot below the screen is a photosensor, it senses how much light there is and adjusts the screen brightness accordingly in order to improve battery life.
