I took a workshop from her summer of 08 in Albequerque, NM. It was great fun, she worked us hard on hours of just shimmywork, and her prformance with her husband was awesome!
She is one of my favorites.

My opinon, this is just a short clip, I think it is great. But you need to see more of her dancing especially with veils. No matter what any one says I know she is a very special lady and a fantststic dancer. So you can have your comments I don't care what you think. You know if you can't say anythng nice then say nothing, is a pretty good piece of advice. Have a nice life.

I have done three workshop this weekend with Leyla, not only is she a generous and fantastic teacher and amazing performer but also a lovely lovely lady - Have you ever met?? If not you should keep your nasty comments to yourself!
