You can do this with any level! my re uped ( green ) level 43 friend let me recover his account and it worked!! Only bummer is that it dosn't give you the achievement, but it copys all stats and everything

you dont lose any camos or characters all that is located on your hard drive ... btw i can do this for you as well but i do it a safer way and only will do for trade of gow3 char or skin codes or ms points ... I send you dummy account with lvl 100 with all unlockable NOT buyable skins, characters and mutators including all beta and onyx skins and 48 onyx medals ... you send code i send you dummy account info - you recover account and do glitch yourself ... that simple .... people it works it 100% WORKS! you dont need a level 100 you can be any level to transfer

all you need is a high level account like 80 or 70 or 60 whatever you can be level 2 if you wanted.

then you sign out of that high level account and log into the account you want to (Improve) see people its not ah i need a level 100 account its oh look at this i can make a new account and put my stats on it. I am level 84 and i transffered for my friend :) its for improving people.
