Nintendo has been planning this since the beginning, the symbol of Hyrule, is the same as the the symbol for Skyloft, but with one thing added, otherwise, they are the exact same.

It is because everytime you skydive from Skyloft or in to Skyloft there is a small loading. You are not able to just fly there because you are not able to ride your bird when jumping from skyloft without loading. Sorry my english, I hope you understood.
