This movei is a fucking joke ! How many yeas did fans wait for a real live action movei to come out that lived up to the GI JOE name ? To many.

And this is what we get ? Horrible story line, realy bad acting, a mixed race love story,

stupid one liners, and a dead end cast, and they didn't even use the origenal music or even try to update it ! EPIC FAIL on every level !!!

If you haven't seen it then don't bother renting it, save your money !

I was referring to the fact that I grew up watching Transformer cartoons and G.I. Joe action figures as a kid;

then as an adult watching the Transformers film and how Michael Bay made it so fucking predictable and corny with a bullshit happy ending seen a mile away intended to keep 13 year old boys happy

I have better hopes for this film because Stephen Sommers said straight up that he intended to make it cartoony and not take themselves seriously. much like his previous work in The Mummy
