  • how much do you think the guage of speaker wire has an effect of the sound comeing from an integrated amp? what size would you recommend?

  • Can you connect an ipod to input to your TECHNICS SU-V9 INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER? What power supply does it take? Does it heat up alot?

Will use it with some tannoy Golds speakers.

    Cheers

    Samantha

  • @SAMANTHA241165 yes you can connect an ipod to this amp, all you need is a 3.5mm to rca connector, i have it powering a 15" powerbass xl and i push this amp alot and it usually only gets warm, but if i pump it hard for a while, it will get warm, but so will any amp that you try to get more power out of then it can make. how many watrs rms or continuous are your speaker rated for?

  • @SammyMac

nice bro, get one you will be happy.

  • TAKI SPRZĘT TO MAM W KOMORCE

  • COME ON!! what a mound of trash!!

Looks like you don't even know how to properly set a ten band EQ.

  • that one dont work mother fucker.

  • I love Kenwood

  • these older technics were better before panasonic merged with them and the same goes for fisher and sanyo sanyo messed up fisher they dont even make amps any more the make ipod docks and stuff like that now

  • Technics did not merge with Panasonic, rather Technics was gear made for the serious audio enthusiast by Panasonic. They have always been one company. Sort of like was Lexus is to Toyota, Infinity to Nissan and Acura to Honda. In fact it is the older gear and the better stuff that had the tag line "by Panasonic", although the SU-V9 and the next two generations were the last days of the really good Technics gear.

  • As far as Fisher goes, they lost their identity long before the Sanyo buyout. Fisher has not been Fisher since at least before 1970. Fisher was sold to Emerson Electric of Missouri (no relation to Emerson Radio of New Jersey, who bought Scott in the 1980's) before they were sold to Sanyo in the mid-1970's.

  • yeah i got the smaller one to yours the suc04 and it only 30 watts and i blew the woofer in one of my older speakers and the volume was only on 3

  • nice, i've got the SU-Z150 and i can make a pair of decent bookshelf speakers bottom out and sound crap at 2.5 volume :P

  • yeah technics is a good audio company wish they stayed by them selfs though instead of merging with panasonic

  • they make nice turntables now

  • mine is rated at 120w rms per channel at 8ohms. these old amps are way underratted when it comes to the power ratings, ill bet yours pushs 50 or 60w rms. and ill bet mine is more like 160 or 180w rms lol.

  • get over urself bro ha 120w ,180w whatever man i run 100rms on sum door speakers so yaaaaaa tryn to post a vid but it wont upload kicker zx1500.1s strapped w maxxlink, 2 bl 12's fully loaded tested to 4.3kw rms on bench btw i agree 12's r no joke lol

  • i cannot tell if your being a dickhead or not, but if you are FUCK YOU, if not, then kicker is nice but i perfer digital designs and sundown for amps, digital designs for my subs. Fi is the best for the money IMO.

  • sooo do u have sum dd subs or sundown amps? cuz i didnt c any i'm a huge sundown fan but there stuffs really expensive kicker has good power for the money and fi will stand up to ALMOST any dd out there. and they do it at half the cost... just a thought and im not trying to be a dick lol

  • fisher is nice i have the ca 120 30 watt rms for 4 channels how much watts is the fisher and i have the same jensen speakers hooked up to the fisher their the jp500

  • idk, but it pushs lots of power blown lots of speakers on accedent with it. lol

  • thanks, i like the fisher as well.
