Man, DMC4 is my first DMC game although I'm a big fan of the series, and when I fought Berial v.s. Nero it was the easiest thing in the world, just hack and slash, but I was really surprised when I fought Bael. He whooped my ass and I actually had to use serious strategy.. weird how you fight a giant fucking toad long distance :P

@ManyFaces1999 Look at it this way: Nero hated Dante back when you were controlling him, right? He must have hated him so much to the point where "Dante must die" was the only thing on his mind. That's why enemies seem to hit a ton faster and harder, because Nero couldn't concentrate, all that was on his mind while he was fighting was "DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANTE!!!!!!!!!­!111ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)"

I think you can use showdown to replace buster ... it maybe take more dmg

i'm new to the game so i dont really know how to acquire those tacky skills, but i realised all you need is the dodge roll to evade the toad's attacks. Then slash him when he's down. Easy!

Takes me a minute to kill him with Nero, about 28 seconds with Dante xD Dante is so much better than Nero will ever be... Not as good as Vergil though.

Lol didn't expect Bael to look like a toad, didn't play Dmc 4 yet, but in fact, the demonic Baal in bible is described as a huge toad with foul scent. Good job Capcom.

good play dude! i finished all modes accept hell and hell, with my keyboard :D,one thing makes me crazy: i can't extend life bar to max, i collected all blue orb fragments and completed all secret m. but it's missing only one blue orb fragment! also i can't do showdown and maximum bet with keyboard that's also annoying! do you have some tips? sorry for my bad english:)

Man Bael is a pussy. As a matter of fact, this game was overall way easier in comparision to DMC3.
