@jawaballs I've been thinking about getting dante. I really like my Mephiston but he has no support skills other than smashing anyone who gets in his way. Only weakness is no invuln save. Do you still keep Corbulo with ur death company? cuz they already have feel no pain and furious charge.

my friend just started playing tau any tips for him, i play as orks, hes also my team mate in 2 on 2 battles

makes no sense tau would never help orks lol but it doesnt matter. i dont play tau but id recon that since tau is pretty good in firepower and defense he should stay behind and not get into close combat, and the orks can cover them if they would come in close combat, i recon that would be awesome againtst tyrannids cause they r strong in close combat, and not in firing but it would probably be an effective tactit anyway

Pathfinders (can convert firewarriors to pathfinders just no shoulder armor and elongate the head with green stuff) and broadsides.... love broadsides and depending on his play style skyray (people never really pay attention to it because it doesnt have a railgun but good anti transport) but its all about how many pts it is.. but mech is where its at

This is completely different than how I play Blood Angels. I mainly took all Deep Striking units, like 2 Terminator squads with lightning claws and 1 with chainfists and cyclone. Also have Dante, Corbulo ( to give Furious Charge to my Termies) and 2 Honour Guard with two meltaguns and 2 meltabombs with Priest in each. For troops, I also have a 5-man Tactical Squad in drop-pod with meltagun ( for getting Corbulo up to my Termies) and 5-man assault squad. Also 2 Speeders with cannon and meltaguns.

Pretty good, but I'm going to revamp my army. The Veteran Assault Squads are going to be my main Elites, because they can take 5 extra Veterans, and you can equip 2 with Meltaguns and 3 with Combi-Weapons. They would split into combat squads, with the meltaguns and combi-meltas shooting the transports, and the 5 remaining Veterans will assault them and get great stuff done. Both squads get meltabombs, and they do suprisingly well against Razorbacks ( I would be Fritz's worst nightmare) lol.

I fear you may be spending too many points on your vets. But make some batreps and I will post them on my blog! You want to know Fritz's worst nightmare? Baal Predators. He fears them like the plague which is why he wont play me. If you want to mow his army down... field 3 Baal Preds, and 6 Rhinos full of tactical marines with bolteres and heavy bolters and maybe a Lascannon or two to deal with his falcons. He wont have a chance. Muahaha!

im getting the ravenwing battleforce to make a white scar army. i wanna use one of the bikes to convert to Korro 'Khan, but HELP how many bikes can be in a squad? can i attach an attack bike? AND r the models pewter or plastic

The models are all plastic, in the space marine 5th edition codex you are allowed 8 bikers per squad (if I remember correctly) The attack bikes function as a seperate unit.

Agreed, Ravenwing is much better at harassing a an enemy to death rather than death or glory style assaults. He fucked himself bad by charging blood angels let alone a frieking furioso. Flank, deny LOS and shoot shoot shoot, and clean up the reminants with a crushing assault. Charging into someones guns and dreadnoughts is just plane suicide.

Ok, you take your orks, and then find an ork player with AOBR, then you ask if he wants to trade, and then you cut the sprues with ork parts and he cuts the space marine parts, and you trade.

Kind of curious as to why the Ravenwing army got so close on purpose. I'm not sure I've ever heard anyone say they assaulted a speeder with a dreadnought, smart playing dictates that really shouldn't ever happen.

I dont drop pod, when you reserve units, they come on from my table edge, move their normal movement, then may assault etc if possible.
