  • Absolutley love the look of this tank! I have a 10g as well with a black moor, calico ranchu and calico fantail. I have been looking for a centre piece like yours for my tank for a while and i havent found one yet. Also love the idea of the large rocks on top of smaller ones!

  • I love that red cap one! It reminds me of someone........ That's gone. :(

  • And navy god777 it is a complet wast to have gold fish in a 120 god damn you should

Have done salt water in thet tank wast of fucking money ill tell yea

  • @mrfishman2121

Saltwater is a waste of fucking money. Do you know how much it costs to maintain? One of my friends owned a 90 gallon saltwater and boy, he'll tell you.

  • @NavyGod777 i wouldnt say that. if someone likes it enough then hell, its worth it to them

  • All you people that say gold fish need a big tank you people are dumb as fuck

1 in for every gallon so each goldfish is one in you can put ten in that tank get it right why do u think they sell a gold fish tank tht is 1 gallon fish grow with the size

Tank they are in not how big they

    Can

  • Taco Bell commercial hahaha!

  • @prettydumbvideos yeah buddy

  • Navygod777 you dont need a stupid 55 gallon tank for your goldfish to be happy! Do some real f***in reaserch

  • the fantail is so cute!

  • @spanieldoggy good taste

  • where did you get the red cap oranda? tell me please...

  • @thetecktonikfull petsmart. theyre pretty cheap

  • hey how big r ur goldfish? i have 2 fancies in my 10 gallon and they are 2 inches. i got them yesterday and i was wondering how big they grow.

  • @seuraj1111 mine are now in my uncles tank. they get huge

  • @SGardner11 oh I see. well thanks for the reply. i can't wait till they grow a bit more~!! :D

  • your lucky us Brits don't get taco bell doh!!!!!!!!

  • @chrisk11able haha, its cool. its good cheap food.

  • very cool...

  • @armymedic1993 ty....

  • Where did you get you fish nice setup

  • @fishy231000 petsmart... ty sir

  • Beautiful set up and tank.... how are the goldfish doing now?

  • @MsCrody no idea. i gave um to my uncle

  • Beautiful set up and tank.... how are the goldfish doing now?

  • hey son, i have the same black fish. i also have the same bubble tube. and yes i too made bigger holes in it!

  • @DevinL16 nice

  • Where did you get the gravel?

  • @Asultion petsmart, same palce i got most of the other stuff

  • That seems bigger than a 10 gallon, looks more like a 15

  • @Asultion no bud, its a 10.

  • i have one comet and two fan tails in a 10 gallon... the love eachother and are happy. i dont think it crowded, then again i only have like two plants and a treasure chest...and one of my fant tails are like the red head you have,,,i dunno what they're called

  • @Teddie120 It is too crowded. Goldfish are very messy fish so be sure to keep up on a good water change schedule. also, a 10g tank is too small for one goldfish :( Comets get up to 12" you know.

  • @bcdrummer for comets they grow to the size of their habitat which is unusaul and doesnt happen for anyother goldfish. Pond comets can get huge! but mine isnt in a pond, he's in my ten gallon :) and i only have a couple of plants in there so they have lots of space to swim around.

  • @Teddie120 Ok you can think that. It called stuntung their growth. Would you like someone to put you in your car trunk and make you live in it? no. thats essentially what your doing here. You can at least get a 29G tank from Petco while theyre doing their $1 a gallon sale. or look on Craigslist even, theres tons of deals there.

  • @bcdrummer putting in the trunk? thats not "essentialy" what im doing here. If im in the trunk i have no food or water or smapce to stretch my legs. They have that. Im treating them fine. They are not ill i take care of them. Oh and by the way if my theory isnt true then why isnt my comet out growing the tank? I asked a fish person and they said that about comets im pretty sure they know more than you do.

  • @Teddie120 You must've read over the part that said, " Its called Stunting their growth."

  • @bcdrummer you must've read over the part " a fish expert told me"

  • @Teddie120 Did that 'Fish Expert' happen to work at a pet store?

  • @Teddie120 Oh and you said 'I asked a fish person'.... sounds like a real expert.

  • @bcdrummer whatever im wasting my time i have better things to do then argu about fish. go stick your head in a fish bowl and by the way the fish guy works at fish store DUH are you stupid?

  • @Teddie120 A salesperson will tell you to throw a common pleco in a 5g tank if they have to. all theyre doing is making a sale... its sad.

  • @bcdrummer what should i do? i love my three fish :P

  • @Teddie120 Figure out what size tank you can handle. Bigger tanks are actually easier to care for. Look on craigslistor your local classifieds for tanks. you can usually find good deals.

  • @bcdrummer mmmmkay

  • Really everyone should just mind their own over the size of a tank. They are kept with like 20 other fish in ten gallon tanks at the store, so I believe this is a bit of an upgrade. People do the best that they can. For everything you believe, there are a hundred people who disagree.

  • @alyenvy well put. thanks sir

  • ppl really i have a 10 gallon tank with 11 fish in it and ive had those with for bout a yr and none of them died there perfectly happy but my tank decor looks like shit i need help

  • @123ilc45 nice

  • so red tailed shark killed your fish?

  • @Collectorkid121 sadly yea

  • @navygod777 do u even own fish... first of its an inch of fish per gallon... second nobody follows the rule... the fish look happy and healthy...

  • @coolbriguy actually they may look happy and healthy but the life span of a goldfish which can be 20 yrs + will dramatically cut down from such a small tank. If you own fish you should know this. That 1 inch of fish per gallon is bullshit when it comes to such a small tank.

  • @coolbriguy ty

  • In fact, I do own fist and I have for 7 years. My fish happily, even more so than yours, live in a 120 gallon tank. Frequently changed with only 5 inhabitants. Just to let you know, the growth of your fish will be "stunted". Meaning the organs of your fish will continue to grow but the body won't leading to a painful death. Furthermore, 10 gallons is hardly sufficient for one of the messiest freshwater fish. I am not hating, I am simply stating the truth. Plz get a 55 gallon tank.

  • @NavyGod777 i have two fantails in a 2.5 gallon.. but theyre only about 1 inch long and im nagging my mum for a tank 3x that size that i saw at a garden centre. is this okay for now? they seem happy

  • @NavyGod777 Thank your for informing these people how stupid they are. I don't even waste my time anymore. I just laugh at them and continue treating my fish like kings and queens.

  • don't put any commets or bubble eyed gold fish in the tank with the other fish because the commets will either get eaten or eat all the fish food. if u put a bubble eyed gold fish in there then the fan tail and the black momor will start nipping at your fish because bubble eyed gold fish are low key gold fish. mine got eaten up by the fan tail and then the black monor died and i had to separate them

  • For the love of God man, audio swap..!

  • goldfish are gay

  • Overcrowded, general rule of thumb is 10 gallons per fish.

  • what are those perv noises on the bakground??

  • @Gaby3898 check 0:16, its a taco bell commercial.and after that was another commerical i can't recall

  • these fish will need a tank of at least 30-40g once they have grown a little. its best to house fish in a tank that can comfortably house them at adult size, not wait and upgrade, as you can never be sure when stunting starts.

  • ha, i know. dude. these videos are really old. but thanks for sharing your two cents.

  • Can I keep a black moor goldfish in a 10 gallon tank?

  • when its young sure, but you will have to re house it once it gets bigger

  • dude she/he has it in a 10 gal so you can too dahhhh

  • @nosyiam no, not long term. all goldfish are social, and need at least 1 other goldfish in with them. fancy goldfish need at least 10g per fish, preferably more, so you will need a minimum 20g for a pair of fancies. even fancy goldfish grow large given proper care. i have a 7-8 inch black moor in my 680L tank.

  • Nice little tank. Looking to do some fancy golds for my folks too.

  • merry xmas to u too sir

  • how many LITRES is that ?

  • 10 US gallons = 37.8541178 liters

  • @SGardner11 im glad dat yhu can do the math

  • dude asked a question, i answered.

is that a problem to you or what?

  • taco bell fish :D lol

  • shhh, i work for taco bell (not really) ;-) subliminal messaging ftw!

  • nice cap oranda..

i had one... died of swim bladder problems... tried to save him i couldnt..

  • sorry to hear. all my fish in this vid sadly died as sell, and i dunno from what

  • yeah

very hard to know how fish die... unexplainable we still have lot to learn from our aquarium friendfs haha

  • ooh im sorry 2 hear also and kool tank i just updated 2 a 20 gallon any tipz??

  • depends on whatcha got.

  • wow i was eating a enchilada while watching this.

  • how was it?

  • @SGardner11

    good.

  • @ManEatingLunchBox

    awesome. glad u enjoyed it

  • this video made me buy Taco Bell!!!

  • how so?

  • listen to 0:04 to 0:17... for some reason it made me hungry lol

  • lol oh ok. you should mention that next time u go to taco bell. i might be in line to make their next commercial! =]

  • lmao ok

  • Actually the ideal stocking rate for fancy goldfish is 20 gallons for a single one, and 10 gallons more for each additional. That makes the minimum tank size for your 3 fancy goldfish a 40 gallon. They all have an adult size of 6-8 inches and produce a large bioload.

  • that sounds about right. i went off wet the guys at the pet store said, but hey, i know they just wanted to sell more.

  • hey i am considering getting a 10g goldfish tank for christmas... my only questions are, do i need a heater if i have only fancy goldfish in the tank? how many goldfish can i keep in a 10 gallon?

thanks hope u reply. btw beautiful fish!

  • thanks dude, or dude-et

nah, you dont need a heater for fancy gold fish as long as your house doesnt drop below 60 degrees often. a few pet store workers told me that if you do have a heater though to toss it in on low heat. i havent noticed anything either way.

and i currently have 3 in there and i think thats as much as it should be. they say about 5 gallons per 1 medium sized gold fish. the ones i have in this video are small.

and of course i'll respond, i respond to almost every comment

  • thanks!

  • your welcome. you did 5 star my video right ;-)

go check out my other ones too =]

  • yep

  • Do not need a heater for goldfish they prefer cold water keeps disease down. A ten gallon is alittle small for goldfish. You should put a male betta in the tank they are very pretty, or 4-5 female bettas. Just don't add all the fish at once and let the tank cycle

  • Do the pumps and filter make a lot of noise?

  • not really. its hardly noticeable

  • cute fish and realli nice tank!

  • ty =]

  • Your tank is cute. Is thats how big the fish can get. The more I look at these kinds of videos, the more I want a goldfish again one day in my 10 gallon when the fish I have are gone. :3

Will these types of goldfish will bel ike for my 10 gallon( Well at least 2 of them)?

  • Ha, thanks. It's more of a gift for my pops that I take care of.

The fish I got in it now are considered small, but they grow to be pretty massive. Two- three of the small type should be fine in a 10 gallon. Gold fish are pretty hearty fish.

  • ur fish tank is cool.. this might sound mean but i cant wait untill my fish die because i want a hamster.. :p but im still cleaning the tank and feeding them so while they can die peacfully. lol i cant kill anything lol i would feel so bad if i killed them on purpose. but when they do die im going to clean the tank and use it for a hamster

  • thanks for the comment.

why don't you just donate the fish?

no reason to keep something u lost interest in.

donate it to a petstore that way they can go to another home and you can get ur hamsters faster

  • because i just got a larger tank and new fish and everything new so im gonna keep them for a while

  • Blah, hampters are lame. Rats make smarter, more personable pets. Hampsters are hit and miss, but if you get a young rat, and spend plenty of time with it, it'll be super friendly and greet you excitedly everytime you enter the room.

  • i don like rats, theyre tales are really gross

  • Haha, I hear that a lot. I love rat tails, they feel really cool. Oh well. Good luck

  • My friend killed his fish my giving it an inch of water and no food for a week. I was pissed at him haha...I have put a fish to sleep before though due to being invaded by a fungus. If your fish are ever in a lot of pain and you don't want to hurt them ( this may sound gruesome) cut off there head area a bit above the gills. Most fish have no nerves in there neck so it's a quick easy death other than being flushed.

  • wtf

  • ok ive had a gold fish tank for almost a year now but latly i only have been putting 1 fish in it per time because it seemed if i had more than one they would die withing a few weeks do u know why tht is btw i live ur centerpeice

  • it could be a lot of things.

    how big is ur tank?

how big are the goldfish you put in it?

do you have a filter running?

does it have no filters bags in it?

    what are you feeding um?

and my centerpiece is a reptile wood piece haha, but i thought it would look good in my tank

  • i have a 10 gal.

well the ones tht die were fairly small ones . i have a filter with cartriges in it. i feed them tetra fin goldfish flakes

  • your tank is cool, the goldfish are nice,.. I wish NZ could have some nice goldfish like those, I have a tropical tank.. it's great

  • you could probably order some goldfish online if you wanted!

and yea i liked the tropical tank i had but the shark i had in there ate too many of the regular fish.

  • I really like your centerpiece wood. Where did you get that?

  • i got it from petsmart. its actually meant for lizards, but i figured it would look nice in my tank

  • Haha nice. Thanks.

  • looks really good!...maybe an underwater backround would make a it a bit better tooo

  • great lookin

  • hey you plan on keeping it like that? dont gold fish need bigger tank? i have two in a 10 i was thinking on moving them to a 20 gallon

  • yeah, they need big tanks. i personally wouldnt go below a 20gal per goldfish unless its a really small variety. if you keep them healthy they get pretty damn big

  • yeah i don't keep alot of gold fish i have one in a ten gallon with a really aggressive southren american ciclid for food

  • Nothing gives me more pleasure (well, top ten) than watching a tank full of beauties. I'm still chuckling to myself @ "how the world works IN YOUR HEAD" zing! Had to subscribe instantly =)

  • thanks for the comment and rating. sadly, the shark ended up eating both of the guppies platys and betta. =[ i ended up donating it and getting my pops fancy gold fish.

and what do u mean about the "how the world IN...."?

  • did i hear an old spice commercial?

  • haha. as a matter a fact you did. people seem to notice my background noises alot.

my other vid, everyone kept giving me their gamer tags for xbox and the other one, they asked if it was me myself and irine.

  • wow.. i like.. simple.. where did you get your center piece? can you check my vid and tell me what you think..

  • thanks

the center piece was actually from the reptile section at petsmart =]

  • nice one can you give me more information about it like what are the types of fish and ect.

  • The black one is a Black Moor (which means black black, but meh)

The orange one is a Lionhead Oranda

The White one with a red helmet is a Redcap Oranda.

I got a Chinese algae eater in there but should probably take him out.

It's a 10gallon tank with a 20-30 gallon filter and has live plants. Anything else?

  • damn good setup. The ornaments in the middle make it seem kinda natural.

  • thanks =].

the middle thing was actually meant for lizards. i like it cause the whole to the left (whcih u cant see) is where the orange one hangs out, the white one in the middle, and the black moor in the bottom. they seems to stick together though.
