yeah it cool but why would u want it, the speed cloud adds the speed effect when u run doing that takes away the moment

actually there is a easier way but it does'nt always work,first just run super fast to a mission char, then while running press talk and u will stop but the cloud keeps going on untill u do a jutsu.
