WOW only 3 weeks and you got results like that, great job man. What is your training routine like, do you do low reps heavy weight, high reps low weight or both? and what supplements are you taking?
@Optimumnutrition01 I am working on a workoutplan starting next week. It will be starting with little bit heavier weights for a period of 8weeks (5-12reps) and then a period of contact and higher reps(8-25) for 8 weeks. Higher reps will be higher intensity and more fatburning. Supplements I use right now is Protelux 360(protein) Animus (Awesome pre-workout) and Tartarus (Fatburner) and all products from BMR sports nutrition.
