It's a great action movie. There's only one scene that didn't make sense. After Cutter is kicked off the plane, gets arrested and talks to Chief Biggs, he is sent downstairs by the two other cops and Cutter disarms them, then heads to fairgrounds. He was in cuffs the whole time??? Then he wasn't? That part I didnt get... Anyone?
