The problem with step mines is that they need to step directly on the mine. It takes multiple mines to make even a thin path a hazard to the opponent.
@thepenguin5698 You'll have to check with your local field. Most fields have different rules and it'd be a good idea to make sure you can use it before taking it out there.
@zokam12 You could... it's something we haven't tested but my thoughts are they won't do much, if anything at all, the pressure of the little CO2 cartridge won't hardly be enough to make the paintballs fly at a high enough velocity to break on target. If they don't get jammed that is. My suggestion is to stick with the mix, it makes a boatload and is highly affordable.
only if you addapt it with a .68 barrel that the 115-120 psi are focused at the paintballs and can't vent off around. Other option would be a wad but that adds another projectial to this and therefore additional danger, besides that 120psi might be good to lunch 4-6 fragile paintballs to breaking speed and what the chance of hit with such tiny load? the only sure way to mark something with the mine is liquid paint.

This can be reused. You will need to replace the co2 cartridge and mix for every use but the mine can be used again and again.

"And not to mention you get paint on your face." Must've heard that like 4 times. Nice paint mines though.
