It has nothing to with wheeling with a hard top. The guy's tire hitch was a weak ass stock jeep hitch that obviously could'nt hold the weight of the jeep. And what dose wheeling with a hard top have to do with Mexican's. I'm white and wheel with a hard top almost everyday and one of my Mexican friend's wheels with a soft top,and his cousin drives year round like a nut case with no top at all rain or snow.
