Tesla didn't develop the internal combustion engine. Christian Huygens (Dutch) designed it in 1680, and Francois Isaac de Rivaz (Swiss) built the first known model in 1807. Tesla wasn't even born until 1856.

HAARP produces less than 1/10,000,000 the suns normal emf levels in a given second. And HAARP only is able to broadcast efficiently at 10Mhz at a wattage far less than earths own ambient EMF emissions (Yes earth does emit its own emf believe it or not) So, in light of these known facts. Thing is; if I were to explain how it would work (if in fact HAARP is a weapon) would you even understand the description? Any amount of simple research (really, it takes me about 10-15 seconds to debunk any claim you make) shows that old timetables for steam trains shows their top speed at approximately 58-60 mph, with common traveling speeds in the 45 mph range. That's 3 to 4 times your claim, in case you can't multiply either.

Viruses simply don't work like that. For example, program a virus for an obscure exploit in Windows 3.1. Will it work on Windows 98? Will it work on something like FreeBSD, Mint, Fedora, Ubuntu, OSX, etc.?
Viruses are tailored for specific exploits on specific platforms. They are not "hot swappable" like people seem to believe. There is no evidence to suggest that Fukushima's systems were the same as Iran, so stuxnet gets thrown out the door.

Tesla didn't develop the internal combustion engine. Christian Huygens (Dutch) designed it in 1680, and Francois Isaac de Rivaz (Swiss) built the first known model in 1807. Tesla wasn't even born until 1856.
