hi i have been watching your recipes from a long time i tried roasted chickpea and it was very good my husband love that, low in calories as well, want to ask a question about this sev,how long we can keep it ?can we keep in airtight jars like other snakes?
I make in big quantity sometimes and store them in air tight container or you can break them and store in ziploc bag and place the bag in referigerator if you are not using this sev often for freshness.
I have been watching your videos and I am going to get me one of the sev makers. What is the other ones made out of besides chickpeas.... What is chee powder?
Where did you see chee powder? I am not familiar with it...If you want to make snacks, sev maker is worth buying to make many different snacks at home..I also showed earlier murukku(chakri) made from rice flour...enjoy!
Thanx and keep enjoying! Cooking is really not complex at all. You can make it simple by learning few techniques. Once you learn techniques, you will start loving cooking. When you feel freshness in food, it inspires you to make always at home...so keep enjoying!
Trying to do but not getting right time to do it...these days, I have to be very fast at whatever I do and I guess I will need little time to show kitchen tour so will sure try sooner or later
I have been watching your videos for quite awhile. I finally have decided to make a comment - and t I rarely take the time. You are the embodiment of what YouTube is all about. I love to get this information from people like yourself - so natural and with the purpose of informing. Not professional but knowledgeable..and in your case very kind and generous. thank you so much. I look forward to each of your videos!
Wow! Thanx for taking time to comment. Yes, I really admire even YOUTUBE, whatever you want to learn, it's there. The other day, I was trying to find how to curl hair with straitner and in seconds, I learned how easy it is to do at home rather than paying about 30 dollars at salon....keep enjoying!
I have a question for you. Could you boil this and make besan noodles? If so how do they taste? Thanks for sharing this recipe with us. They look yummy.
WOW Bhavna.. You are an amazing cook! You must really love &enjoy cooking inorder to dedicate so much time towards it!! :D Thank you for sharing your culinary knowledge with us!! just one suggestion, when you make speciality foods for a particular religious/spiritutal days, can you please give us some background info on it...i know you are only a cook n not a preist lol, but just enough so we know why cetain foods are eaten on those days. I think this is your navratri special :D Thank you again!
I used to do background and everything about recipe but some users find it too long video then so i stoped talking about recipe servings, background and other related tips and ideas. This is not navratri special but it is served with all indian chaat recipes and many other recipes. It is used as garnish to give crunchyness to many recipes....and also can be eaten itself...enjoy!
@SuperVeggieDelight i think you should make your videos as long as you want cuz people can fast fwd through what they dont wanna hear. I love your vids! im not familiar at all with Indian cuisine, but the halls of my apt always smell so good because i have a lot of Indian neighbors..i got curious..im glad i did because i have found many great Indian cooks like yourself. i appreciate you sharing your culture!

Hi
These noodles are fried so you can not boil them but you can use them in your recipes. Just add right before serving so they don't get soggy....
