  • You're the bomb Mr. Keaggy.

  • Thanks for this post I have been blessed since seeing Glass Harp (1970)and I have been a Phil fan all the rest of my life I thank God for Phil's gift

do you have and can you post the song " I love you Lord " with the vocals ? it was on one of the earlier ( Glass Harp ) albums I can't remember which,

Thanks may "The Lord " bless you in full measure !

  • The song is still as beautiful as ever .. the flutes are a nice touch to it too ! Phil's a legend ......

  • Interesting Keaggy anecdote: A friend of mine (an outrageous youth pastor at the time) decided he would lay down in front of the car Phil was riding in so that Phil would have to stop and meet him. His nutty plan worked. I met Phil years later at a guitar conference and, yes, Phil still remember my friend Dave!

  • This is my favorite song of his!

  • nice on, you made my day!

  • This video means quite a lot to me! Thanks!

  • I had the privilege of meeting Phil at the Dallas Guitar Show a few years back with some friends. He had a large audience of un-churched blown away. Guitar player Phil is one thing; Phil the man is even better. What an awesome individual.

  • everytime I don't listen to Phil for a while, then hear him. I'm astounded!!! I wish the unchurched could hear this guy. Aint no guitarist this good.

  • Phil Keaggy is one of the greatest guitarist of all time!!!

  • This song has a lot of meaning to me. I listened to it a great deal about a decade and a half ago while I was trying to escape Mormonism along with my wife and family.

For a long time it looked as if I was literally going to lose everything I cherished if I left the religion in which I was raised in order to follow Jesus. And it has been a challenge. But my family is intact and I find myself weeping at the keyboard as I listen to this song, thinking of the incomparable goodness of my Savior.

  • Can't wait to see you Jesus face to face. You are the Rock that doesn't roll. Hallelujah! Come quickly Lord Jesus!

  • Praise The Lord!!!!!!

  • WOW! Jesus the Lord of all!

Oh I can't wait to see you Jesus, face to face,

Nothing in this world can take Your place.

All the pride of man laid low,

And all his works of gold,

Nothing can compare with what You are,

    Let everything else go.

  • The name is Michael, or "Stoney", and you're very welcome. :D

  • "Nothing can compare to what YOU are, let everything elso go" If only we could just do that, it is the truth, love YOU Lord. Great performance here, Phil and Dan Huff are Christian music's gift to the guitar.

  • Does anyone know who that other guitarist is?

  • The other guitarist, the one playing the intro, is Ric Hordinski. All of these musicians were absolutely amazing. Best concert I've ever attended, and I've been to hundreds of concerts!

  • This song will always be one of his best, and I always love listening to it! How does he play like that? He makes it look effortless!
