That's incorrect on the "Working on the Highway" part. That was a long time myth about this song. Its not true. This song was always its own song and never released. This and "The Losin' Kind" were the only two finished tracks that didn't get released eventually from the Nebraska out-takes, kind of the ones that got away..

this song was later recorded that year with the E street band and became "working on the highway", off the Born In the USA album.
