It's not crazy, it's called keeping it moving! In Canada everyone stops when there's a drop of rain or a cloud, or a breeze. Their driving skills are so pathetic that they think driving 30kph in a light drizzle is dangerous. In Italy it's almost flat out everywhere, going between parked cars and oncoming traffic with literally 2-3cm to spare on each side, don't even slow down. Traffic moves better on 1 lane country roads there than on our 4 lane highways. Spent 3 months there, saw 0 accidents.

this is just before the bridge, there's a sign saying trucks are not allowed to go over the bridge into downtown, they've probably missed the bypass and entered the city and now they have to turn back to pass the city via bypass, those are not domestic truck drivers because they know the roads in serbia, they're just confused foreigners
they have to turn around, if they go ahead they'd probably get stuck and cause tunnel/underpass damage and traffic jams

Or they have outstanding warrants, or no insurance, or lack proper paperwork for something perfectly innocent. Thas messed up!! I was thinking maybe they were taking a shortcut because some other onramp was closed or something. This is crazier than the US!
it looks like its normal for every1 driving there.its probably part of their everyday life.Its even funnier when the last truck tries to reverse but still cars go through any space they find nd no 1 stops.lol
