Thats pretty much how they all sound.
Tipdrip215, I don't believe that the horn is fouled. It sounds like a generic SD70MAC-tuned Nathan K5LAR24 to me. That is how all CSX SD70MAC units sound. I don't see how it is 'spooky.'

That is one reason I don't like the SD70MAC-series.
