this happened to my Magnum about a year ago, on the freeway the dam speed got cut from 75MPH down to about 45MPH and the RPMS just felt like it was hunting for gears.

Limp mode, very common with these cars. Shut if off, pull fuse 11 to reset the adaptives for about 5 mins, put the fuse back in and you should be ok.
