Of course i'm not duplexing labels, but they do get stuck in the duplex unit anyway.

And the used media OF COURSE has been selected based obvious criteria.

Check your facts (look into the call) before giving recommendations that suggest the user is causing the problem.

For people considering this printer: I used Brother and HP printers before. They reliably handled label sheets. Don't be mislead by the 5 yr guarantee: it's no help at all!

MrLexmarkUser - We are sorry that you did not get a clear answer to your issue. We do not recommend automatically duplexing any media other than full width plain paper. To duplex labels, you should use manual duplex . When choosing special media, always check the package to see if it designed for use with an inkjet. Let us know how this works.

Think again before buying pro905!

We tried two brands of labelsheets (OfficeCenter and Avery), both get stuck in the duplex unit. Lexmark (call #1-3039840253) thinks this is not their problem, as they demonstrated that specific Niceday label sheets from Germany work fine. We cannot order them in the Netherlands, Lexmark says we should try and buy severals brands ourselves.

Lexmark, this is not professional!

BTW, the printer frequently needs a powercycle, because the firmware is stuck.
