  • Hey Ross I just wanted to say I honestly think you and matt wichlinski are pound for pound the strongest and most conditioned athletes I have ever seen. You would truly dominate any weight class you wanted in boxing or ufc. Also I think you should try out a little armwrestling for fun because your so damn strong and explosive you would really just destroy everyone. You would for sure be the next mike tyson in boxing if you pursued that. Awesome videos man.

  • Thanks a lot Ross, this is exactly what I have been working on. Ended up with the iron pipe and pvc over it, but I feed a lashing strap through the iron pipe. Somehow is chewed through it even though only the pvc was rolling, Figure it was just the pressure. Awesome to find this!

  • glad your still uploading vids i visit the site every once in a while.o and i really like the idea of a suspended wrist roller be alot easier on the shoulders, might have to try this on the old pullup bar.
