  • This is how my coach trained me. It's a huge factor in inducing "Runner's High."

    I honestly cannot say enough good things about nasal breathing while training.

    It helped me in my pursuit of becoming an injury-free Ironman finisher! :)

  • Really great advice. I had to give up extreme exercising once I got sick and techniques such as this make me love working out or even just walking even more.
