So, in the case of Bush, you can't really blame an ideology in which he didn't truly believe.
Lastly, to continue the partisan bickering, how do you defend your position that it was a conservative (I think you mean Republican) error when it was established that Chris Dodd was the one to allow the bonuses to be legal in the bill?
