Great channel! I have bleached hair that I dyed bright red, and about one inch medium brown roots, if I used henna on it will my hair have even coverage and tone or should I wait until my roots grow out and I cut off the section I previously dyed before using henna dye?
@fairylove2007 Alcohol and indigo = purple. Very true. Not so good for your hair, but yes true. You can take a sponge and damp your hair, mix up indigo and apply or do your hair and go over it ... maybe mix a small amount into the indigo. defeats the purpose of all natural though.
I'm getting a little confused. In one part, you say let it sit out for up to 6 hours but then the text part says let it sit for up to 6 hours. The instructions on the bag of straight henna (not a color mix) says use immediately after mixing. Which is it, or does it just depend on the person? Would it be better to just let the henna set out for the 4-6 hours if it's the 1st time I'm using it?
@slgraycols Follow the directions on the packet. If you are just using pure henna you can let it sit for up to 6 hours "If" you want to. Everyone has different preferences with "henna". Indigo, you never ever want to let it sit out. Mix and apply asap. It will work just fine doing the same with henna. Mix and apply, leave on 1 hour for each.
@DaveBaker1987 It might burn a bit, I would just keep rinsing and make sure it is all out. I actually squirted the henna shampoo directly into my eye and it did not even burn a little. If you are worried use some swimming goggles (like lap goggles) ;)
Thank you for this nice video =) Sorry but i have a question my beard is 50% light black 40% red and 10% blond. I want to dye it all on dark black. Do you think it's possible ? (I want to dye my full beard and it grows slow).

@maclellan999 You can just use the brown all over and it should be fine. Avoid roots if you can. Or just go dark brown.

@fairylove2007 Better than ok. Fantastic! Going from chemical hair dye to healthy hair dye is a great thing.
Always do a strand test first. However our hair dye is 100% vegan.
