Beautiful museum of vintage computers. Not only the PCs, the the software as well. I wish I had the space to put all my units out to run. It's good for people to learn about the early industry that started everything. Part of history for sure. Nice video, thanks! -- Atco
Hey, lovely collection there :o), nice to see people who give old computers an appreciating home :o). Check out my collection video on my profile page too :o)
I collect retro computers and consoles (video of my collection on my channel), and museums like this are absolute heaven.
I went to the Bletchly Park computer museum in Milton Keynes UK recently, and they had a recreation of the WWII Colossus, used to break the german lorenz codes. Such an awesome machine.
i guess you can still broadcast games today but imagine how long it would take you would need 4 vhs tapes set to long play after a 32 hour wait would really be devastating if it crashes and have to do it over again heh
my first computer was the zx81 first game was deathchace , i even remmeber drooling at the printer which was just what you see on shopping tills to give you receipts heh my fav computers would be my old amiga3000 and sgi indigo coz i really looked forward to having them and didnt disappoint
my first pc was a ZX81 the spectrum, games, jet set willy, manic miner, skool daze, 3d defender. Then in 86 had access to ibm 486. Then on weed for years, then in 94 windows pc. Then in 99 an imac and realised where Windows originated from. Now 15 macs later I am I run zx81 and spectrum emulators and mame to go back in time.

Great job! Old computers must still in use nowadays, because of love. hahaha. We love them all!. I used to play games in an XT WITH a Datassette, yes a datassete on an XT, one model came with a tape interface.
Punch card then magnetic tape then vynil diskette then solid plastic diskette.
The hard drive and cd ROM made their debut to the consumer market around 1985. Hard drives were instantly adopted massively. Optical drives took another seven years to truly gain traction in the market, mainly due to the lack of need to use that amount of space
this is what he says to me time and time again about it.."Amstrad CPC, 464 (tape), 464+ (tape), 6128 (disk)."
and then he says "8bit computer owened by sir alan sugar Ex boxer"
i used to play it when i was young with his millions of tapes, love it so much wish i could play it now but there is no room in the house for it to go, hasnt been or years now :(

Lol, my first PC was also a 8-12mhz EGA graphics... and the EGA card was so underused (it mostly used only extended CGA palette...pfff...)
