But, to solve this problem by cutting military budget which is the muscle not fat and which keeps the present world in more than stable state is absurd. When I see my trucks and employees are running and doing entire houses in one day and 4 police cars are "interviewing" one homeless person, that's a waste. You can not take from someone and give to someone else without breaking the law. so federal institutions should not be able to do the same (IRS, Medicare, Social Security).
