You do realize that even without it being inside the vaccine, it can be contracted in other ways such as needles used on more than one person or a batched blood transfusion.

some cancers come from a similar viruses as herpes, mono, and others. My dm comes from a similar virus. It all depends on how the virus changes and how our immune system reacts to it. It's just time for people to reject vaccines completely. Do whatever it takes to reject them. If everyone refuses them, they will lose their basis for existence.
Also elect intelligent governments that will actually clean up agencies like the FDA and then the reformed agencies will be more like watchdogs and protect the public instead of the corporations; put stricter regulations over corporations, and punish them etc. It's time to clean up this shit

I agree with what is being said here about the big pharmaceutical companies, big profits, and lack of concern for human beings (ie., "guinea pigs"). The health insurance industry is another profiteering heartless monster. I hate to have to say such things (especially as I work in a pharmacy), but it's true. The simple fact the they force us to give our children these vaccines in order to give them an education makes me sick. TJ is now home schooled and even if his Leukemia gets to the point that he can return to school I am going to keep him out of public school. Yup, I totally believe it. There have been a multitude of testing. I need to brush up on it, but they did testing on Puerto Rican immigrants in the 50s or 60s that is just insane. I forget what it was all about, but remember being horrified when told about it.

Steph, the whole damn argument is flawed. First of all, some of these virus are so small as to defy detection. Secondly, would having allowed polio to spread been a better choice than to risk spreading a virus of which there's still no agreement among experts as to whether is causes cancer?

You're make the assumption there's a confirmed connection between the two. I'm not discounting the possibility, but it's at best anecdotal. Polio epidemics began to appear as far back as 1900, reaching 58,000 cases in 1952 alone and polio was contagious, cancers are not. Our population has doubled in this time. Had polio gone unchecked, those mumbers would be much greater. Conversely in '98 'only' 12,400 US children were diagnosed with a form of cancer with 2,500 deaths.

You're suggesting that HIV is contracted from vaccines? That's BS. All the doctor said was test monkeys that were carriers of HIV, yet when did HIV first appear? HIV is STILL passed through unprotected sex, intraveneouse drug use and that's basically it. As for me, I'd rather have had the vaccine with the risk (which wasn't known at the time) and lived a realitively healthy life than risk paralysis or death from polio. Everything in life has risks, so we shouldn't take them in medicine?

This stuff is really going on, Steph isnt the only one trying to get the word out. Try watching the movie/documentary "sicko". It explains the issue with health insurance companies and how they are getting away with it. And yes, everything has risks that should be taken, but some of those risks out weigh the actual problem.

There's no indication DDT had anything to do with Polio, Poliovirus is a human enterovirus and it's dramatic decline can be directly attributed to the Salk Vaccine starting in the early 60s. DDT wasn't banned or restricted in the US until '72. Maybe you should re-read Silent Spring. While you're at it, see how many deaths have occurred from cervical cancer caused by HPV infection.

As for blood transfusions, U.S. blood donations have been screened for antibodies to HIV-1 since March 1985 and HIV-2 since June 1992, so the risk of contracting HIV through transfusions is almost nil. HPV on the other hand, is almost always sexually transmitted.

there are 2 things that pharm. companies want:
1. money.
2. sick people to give them money.
if there is a way to make or keep people sick, they'll do it. they're setting up the deal. give them a vaccine that increases your risk of getting cancer. then you grow a tumor. you get it "treated"... and then you get a nice little bill for all your chemo and radiation and drugs and they send you on your merry way.

A vaccine is made up of viruses, that's how they work. Your body is introduced to small amounts of a virus, not enough to give you the disease but enough for your body to develop an immunity to the disease.

some cancers come from a similar viruses as herpes, mono, and others. My dm comes from a similar virus. It all depends on how the virus changes and how our immune system reacts to it. Also remember there is always two sides to a story. I know vaccines can couse problem but I think the good out weighs the bad. In medicine some time it is a trade off.
