Visit DailyMail.co.uk and search "How much is a twitter account worth?" in the search box on the website. He is indeed being sued by Phonedog for taking 17,000 twitter followers that were all gained under his Phonedog twitter account.

You a desktop guy? Same here. Especially if you like to build, then it just makes it so much easier and sweeter. I can single handed make the decision of keeping only quality parts installed in my tower.

A smartphone is all I use as my portable computer, something really slim with a keyboard might not be bad for college use when I'm on Campus.

@toonygamer2004 yep exactly my point :) I have the same tower since 1998 or something. I also use my PC for gaming. Since then i upgraded 2 times and invested like ~400-500 bucks for CPU+Ram/board/GPU and a new HDD last year :) Always had a good enough machine for all the games i enjoy.

Now i ordered the Transformer Prime + keyboard dock. Seems like the optimal addition for me wants and needs :)

Yeah, I'm not sure he's retelling the story properly unless he has read something that others haven't. If you read the article posted by one of Phonedog's co-founders, he mentions Noah filing the lawsuit against Phonedog for reasons relating to the whole twitter debacle. Have you read it--titled "A message to our fans?"

Other than that, did Noah give a response that I am not aware of? What do you think?

The ultra books will have to come down a little bit to be honest, and they will have to have more storage space, or a hybrid of both. Currently, 320GB HDD and 20 SSD on the cheapest hummingbird is the one with the largest storage I've seen personally, and for me, 320GB is simply nowhere near enough. We will see better "ultrabooks", 15" and much larger HDDs in probably another 12-18 months I reckon

I'm saying Noah cannot just up and say "Okay, TechnoBuffalo is going to sue Bob". He is the Editor-At-Large, which is essentially what Aaron is. So therefore, Aaron doesn't have the power to throw PhoneDog into a lawsuit either. All I am saying is to direct hate at Aaron's higherups, not Aaron himself. He probably had nothing to do with it.

Yes, like I said in the previous message--Tom Klein is the higher up who is having this debacle with Noah and Noah, according to Tom Klein's article, was the first to file a lawsuit. Noah filed this lawsuit not on behalf of Technobuffalo but on behalf of himself. If this is the case ( all based on the article written by Tom Klein on Phonedog [dot] com ) then no matter what position your in, whether editor-in-chief or just an editor, anyone can file a lawsuit against any entity.

Eventually technobuffalo became popular and more people joined and then revision 3, an internet television site, made technobuffalo a part of it. phonedog is another tech review site that noah kravitz (bald guy) used to work at before he switched to technobuffalo.
