Itll be intersting to see how the 10th doctor goes, the 9th absorbed the time vortex, so how will ten go? Maybe the daleks will be involved in the endgame? we will see, DT will surely want a good exit next yr

I think we all need to wait and see before we start writing him off. I remember when Christopher Eccleston first regenerated into David, and I thought that David would never be as good as Chris, but he turned out to be my favourite Doctor. Interesting choice though by the BBC to cast someone who's relatively unknown, I shall look forward to watching him.

The answer is, "No, not really." There are some commonalities between some of them (Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker were both blessed in the schnozz department, and Paul McGann & Chris Eccleston could be brothers), but in the main, when the Doctor changes, he ususally changes quite dramatically.
