It was still the fullbringer arc when he said that and he said that one of them will be short (the fullbring) but the other one will be quite long. I think if you go back in the manga when the new arc starts it says "Last arc" . Better check your information before stating dumb bullshit.

Ichigo is seen here with bankai, which he learned from training with Kisuke, but he didn't do that until Kiskue had left Soul Society. Though she doesn't have bankai, Soi-fon is seen as the Squad 2 commander, not Yoruichi, but Kisuke is still the Squad 12 commander, though he left Soul Society before Yoruichi did. Is there some sort of temporal anomaly at work in this film?
