i have yet to hear a fisher,but it could be.to me it sounds like someone is being seriously hurt,i would contact anamal control and see if they can identify the noise cause if they dont know what it is then that video should be brought to authority's.

What state do u live cause if in the sout and north and north east it's a fisher cat a small nasty varmint that can kill cats and small dogs but there legal to shoot anytime in most states and there good target practice plus if u use a high grain bullet it high caliber gun there heads blow up woot
