@pinklove453 she;s not really answering anybodys questions about it but from what I have observed, it appears she was engaged at some point to the phil guy but now they seem to be hitting a few rough patches/broken up based on her latest video..
The chunky soup is pure genius/magic. I can finish an entire can (preferably cream of *something*) and i'll be full for half a day for like 200-500 calories a CAN. I binge my heart out on it sometimes (depending on the soup) and its so nice not to feel guilty for it lol
you know what I do? buying a 14.99 digital scale that measures in grams, and save on the plastic. And you can weigh fruit. I use this cos I don't like being stuck with the serving size on the box. We all do something different, but that works for me. Lost 35 pounds.
FINISHING THE WHOLE BAG, FINISHING THE WHOLE BAG, that sounds familiar, hmuuumm, yes, i know that is me.Nice tib to rationalize all your snacks forehand makes sense. thanks a lot. I know, it is not quantum physics but sometimes it good for someone else o point it out. Really thank you.
Hahaha I totally went and bought a 12-pack of different sized tupperware from Target for $5. I have most of my meals portioned out. My last comment said this was common sense but this is GENIUS!!!!
I really liked the video! It was very helpful. I have a question concerning daily calorie intake, I'm 5'5 and would like to get down to 125. What was your calorie intake on your diet in the beginning and has it at all changed since you have lost the weight? If you have the time I would love it if you could answer my question. Thanks! :)
This video is great! Thank you for these tips. It's all common sense, but it's nice to have someone with a visual description of it haha. By the way, your waistline is amazing. You have come a really long way and you are such a huge inspiration to me. Thank you so much for your videos!!!
the point you are bringing up in this video is excellent. a lot of people dont read labels or pay attention to serving sizes and just eat mindlessly... but taking a little extra time and measuring out your food ahead of time is sooo good for you...
@prettylittlecupcakes Yeah she did...? She spent the whole video telling you how to portion food.... Plus she's said this a million and one times but no one ever does it, if you click on the link to her blog on her channel in there it tells you EXACTLY what she did to lose weight, which was basically a 900 calorie diet in which she ate the same thing every day. How come NO ONE ever listens to her?
ALWAYS having to count calories makes me not even wanna fucking eat! Im so serious its like a dreadful thing to have to do just to be on a diet, BUT it works
I agree I love your tip videos, keep them coming please there so helpful! I could have more success if I had my meals planned out and pre prepared like you, so I could just go and grab it.. I need a set meal plan, I need someone or thing to tell me what to eat because I SUCK on making healthy choices.
you really informative :) I really like the portion idea, I actually kind of did that for work today and it made me feel much better and more full somehow :)
good tips! i know about portioning and i make the effort, but sometimes you don't feel like counting or measuring the servings when you're really hungry, so i like the idea of doing it all in advanced.
I enjoy these specific types of videos that you do, because it really does help and you leave it open for what someone else's body needs and someone else's preferences of food are. You make it clear that you can eat what you want (hopefully healthy things), and it's about portion control. Also, great idea with the containers and baggies! Have the food ready for the week and it makes weight loss that much easier. And it's SIMPLE, not complex concepts or actions. Thank you for the videos =]
I manage my portion sizes by buying the gas station sizes, or the $1 menu items that tend to be kid size, but it's a waste of money. I'm gonna start buying from grocery stores & portioning them myself...thanks for the demonstration. I'm like you girl. I myself got tired of buying special groceries to lose weight, just to run out of money, and go back to regular food, get paranoid, binge & gain all the weight back. Eating what you usually eat & portioning it out is the name of the game :)
i just cut up some potatoes and deep fried them and ate french fries and fried a tortilla with cheese and i also had some dried ramen. all in one sitting.
engaged?!

I feel the same way. I don't like buying special foods to suit my diet. I eat normally and just moderate what I eat :) Great video. Very helpful!
