In small amounts it feels like your getting something good but it just organizing people. In this case the irrational views I have seen on here have out weighed the logical, this is poison of the mind.

@WuffPakk7 Meditation is more like code for: hey lets get people to focus on something stupid like their breathing so they obcess over something they would be doing naturally. Your ability to function in society isnt based off of some far fetched it will change your life scheme. It's soley dependent on interactions with people. When your wasting your time away from people (especially with an obcession over relaxing) your only bringing further stress. The whole internet is stressfull enough.

You should it's awesome, it dont matter tho, you've demonized it and wouldn't have a positive attitude going in. The internet is awesome, it lets me communicate with ppl all around the world. I live in a small hick/ghetto town where dope and disease has taken over. Interaction with people comes in life, people aren't the best things to interact with. Nature & Yourself are good though.

If we were to experience gamma waves with glogal eeg coherence however, the experience would be supra-liminal.
