I'm sorry, but they don't come really together.

Loki isn't a god anymore, but he comes as human back to earth.

Mayura forgot the "little" Loki.

I don't think that they are together, but I'm sure Loki is in love with Mayura.

If Mayura love the "older" Loki isn't mention, sadly....

That's my opinion or did I miss somethng? I've got just the last Volume of Mystical Detectiv Loki Ragnarok.
