Ok I know this is old but if i didn't say, it is bending because support cables are not installed that help support this section and the force the train puts on it. They were probably replacing the cables and prefered to put wear and tear on the ride instead of it being closed.

When I went on, me & my cousin bumped heads, hit against the seats, and UGH! It was horrible! By the end of the ride I felt like i was jumped!

Yeah they shorted the drop on December 1993.They said it was suppose to put 3Gs but it putted more than ,so people kept getting hurt on the first drop.

F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C FN FOOTAGE! This is a fine job with filming the Rattler because you got every conceivable angle with the bending of the wood as well. I wish there were more wooden coaster videos like this one on YT. Thanks a lot, Rob/Boston
That is a high speed section quite high off the ground. It does bend quite a bit. This is NORMAL for that section. At the time of filming in 05 the support cables were off making it bend very far. This is ok for a short time. Although it still bends quite a bit now it is less since the cables have been replaced.

Just went this past weekend. Sit in the front row and you should be good. Of course no matter where you sit the second layer of helix will toss you around. Funny how the section in the cliff wall is smooth as glass.
I love six flags fiesta TX. All the rides go fast and there tall as hell and the lines are pretty good on even saturdays. The rides are way scarier than the ones at Disney World. The only problem is that the rattler breaks your back each time

Yes, tracks bend. In the case of Rattler, there are metal plates attached to the bents and cables from those plates to the ground for extra support. Probably due to scheduled maint the cables were not on the ride at the time i shot the video. Therefore causing the extrem bend on the highs peed exit from the second drop. If you look close, at the closeup of the straightaway you can actually see the metal plates the cables normally connect to.
even steel tracks sway. I saw the poltergeist at fiesta texas, as well as tony hawk's big spin, take the same action after the trains passed by those certain portions of track...

Yes, they wanted it to be taller so at the last minute during building extended the drop deeper. This proved to put too much G forces on people.
When i filmed this the support cables were not connected. therefore much more bend than usual.
