Street foods are so good in china..

I went to this steak house when I was in china 4 years ago.

The steak they cooked was very unique.. and it was soooooooo good. like 100x better than the way they cooked it in america. I even dreamed about those steaks after I came to America.

They are not really dirty, it just because they use that machine to cook every day, if you don't like, don't eat, we do have expensive food and much expensive than food in American. open your mind~ do not just live in "small American" for ever...only watch CNN..

yes, so i did eventually learn that it is called jian-bing-guozi. This is in Shanghai but it's also really popular in Tianjin. It costs about a US quarter. (2-2.5 yuan, depending on whether you get one egg or two)
