An adult mouse is to dangerous try hissing roaches either let the mouse bite and rip something out of the T or take my advice if she dosent like crickets.
The point of the video is to show the feeding, period. The spider wasn't thrown around, she was attacking the spider from the tongs and let go herself. so :-p, and we did only feed her a mouse once a year, THANK YOU. This is how she was.She wasn't yours, and all spiders do not act the same, so please don't make assumptions. :D
Sorry but there is nothing sick about this video Kacieka.... This is something that happens every day in the wild, yes i know this isn't the wild but the pet has to be fed. Some unlike snakes spiders wont eat frozen food, at least not the ones I had. And just because he filmed it doenst make him sick ether. If you didnt have the stomach for this type of stuff dont look for it on youtube dumb ass.
It does not matter. The spider is the "pet" the mouse is the "food" Spider eats food. That simple. Millions of Americans eat meat everyday. Just because you don't watch Burger king slaughter the cow doesn't mean it doesn't happen every day...
You idiot! That's not how you feed a Tarantula, you can't throw your pet around the tank that even if it is attached to it's food. Tarantulas are fragile, he should have let the T hunt it when he was ready (or hungry) the T would've killed the mouse or he could feed it crickets. You only feed a T a mouse once a year when it's Moulting but even that's not necessary. I have a Grammostola pulchra and I would never treat it like that!
Im sorry but I never claimed that i was an expert on spiders. My whole reason for commenting on this was because of sympathizers for the "poor mouse" and only simply stated that the mouse was food, not how to fee the mouse to the spider.
Well then maybe you should learn the facts before you go calling someone a dumb ass. Besides it looks to me (in your first comment) you claimed to have owned a Tarantula "Some unlike snakes wont eat frozen food, at least not the ones I had." If this is the case then maybe you should learn how to keep a T before buying one.
Yes I did once own one, but I was also 10.... WTF man... So like i said the only thing i was commenting about was the type of food not the matter is was served in... so calm down mr Philipsgr8!
you are horrible.

I have to agree with Philips on this one. Your tarantula was not ready to eat. It was in a defensive position.
