no. 46 wormadam evolves from burmy wich is found nearly every were

no. 47 evolves from wormadam

no. 63 found on the route between canalave and jublife

no. 135 lumineon, evolves from finneon which s found on iron island

47: Mothim: Evolve a Male Burmy

Both can easily be easily found if you fight some bug catchers.

63: Aipom, as stated by cmc, between jubilife and canalave.

135: Lumineon: An evolution of Finneon (iron Island) But also seen when battling a swimmer girl north of sunyshore (she should be the first swimmer you see and will be on your right.

lol... go to marriland's site, there he shows you that you have a 2% chance of finding kirlia... and about 20% of finding ralts, you're better off going fot ralts unless you extremely lucky like me XD

When you first get to pal park (need national dex) you will see professor oak, he will give you the pokéradar and poketch feature 20. Hope i helped.

After beating the E4 and seeing 149 Pokemon, go to the middle house in Celestic Town. Talk to the Champion's grandmother, and she will tell you about Dialga/Palkia, depending on your version, thus completing the Sinnoh Dex. Go to Sandgem Town and talk to Professor Rowan and there will be a short cutscene among you, Professor Rowan, and Professor Oak, who hands you the PokeRadar.
