  • You must construct additional pylons

  • how come it didnt pull other towers and made the satellite crash and that woman to drive off the cliff like on the commercial

  • it's amazing how this song doesn't fit the subject of the video at all, and completely replaces the actually-more-interesting sound live from the camera. weird, I feel sorry for the viewer.

  • sorry...anything with creed has to be down voted.

  • Why is almost every electricity related video 240p. Is it a conspiracy?

  • Amazing how a change of music can make that tower look like it was a part of your life

  • This music is gay, u better not be a guy or your faggot-

  • Y U KILLED TOWER!?

  • How sad :(

  • its in the field up there in the sky

  • So what'd they yell when they brought it down? GALVANIZED STEEEEL!

  • @Vectorr4Emperor hahaha

  • creed sucks.

  • You can tell its an IBEW job. Scabs would of used wire cutterrs and a chain saw

  • poor tower but epic fall

  • this video makes me sad. A tornado ravaged my grandparent's area and missed their house by a half-a-mile. I saw a few toppled towers like that when I was visiting afterwards :(

  • poor tower

  • pointless music

  • Creed - One Last Breath

  • Fred Dibnah would have made a much tidier job of that demolition!

  • this sounds like a CREED song

  • Now you must construct additional pylons!!!

  • 0:07 - Our base is under attack.

0:29 - You must construct additional pylons.

  • WHAT'S IS THE NAME OF THE TRACK ?!

  • modern warfare lol

  • why music?

  • wasn't very dramatic. you should have chased a couple of cats up it.

  • hopefully dominick is not putting up his lasers to fight the bad people...

  • The music made the plight of this fallen hero seem so hopeless, so lonely. I am overcome with emotion.

  • one object less to basejump from...:(

    RIP

  • Wow! That structure was SOLID! You could build a heck of a house with the scrap metal

  • nice music fag

  • Where did this happen?

  • for some reason, when I'm under one of those towers, I feel like it's going to fall on me---so that's why I avoid them and power stations.

  • @oshapley same but im scared of the fuckin immensity and electricity

  • gay song for a cool vid

  • TIMBER!

  • Comment removed

  • (Mute) Nice video.

  • Very fast cutting...

that's a wonderful gear but a little unsafe it seems.

like the truck was too close to the tower.

  • you're not supposed to destroy, yer supposed to construct additional pylons

  • uhhhhh can i get the scrap metal lol

  • poor worms got a headache.

    just no consideration these days...

  • i dont know why but i think powerlines are interesting i really hate it when they remove them >.>

i mean hear in holland you dont even have small ultility pools

you got them in every country exept holland

  • I want one of these in my yard.

  • shut the fuck up you dumb ass

  • Couldn't have said that better myself. Thank you.

  • - @ SingTruth -

Yeah, lets not build them at all...and then what? Have no power to our homes? Then we wouldn't be able to watch these videos and comment on your dumbass because we won't have power.

  • Just like I said to WolfJenn, you seem utterly unaware that such structures as these old, industrial things are not necessary for powering homes. With even a small home and some creative action, you can generate all your own power and then some, and even get paid by the utilities! the feds are even giving grants to people to try it! Have you never considered that your brain doesn't have to be limited by the box society put you in?

  • - @ SingTruth -

Sure we could all power our own homes, but without money to build or purchase such devices we're still stuck with the utility company. Grants? Sure, let's print some more money and hand it out. Do that and the value of the dollar bottoms out.

You could put them underground, but that requires rights to ground and it's very, very expensive.

Some day we'll find something that just works without the whole mess. But it probably won't be in my lifetime.

  • PMGodfrey, I know many are broke now; but in fact the grants already exist - so why not? I know someone living on $300/month who bought a solar panel that in part powered an apt. Let's not give up on ideas until we've really tried. Americans use to be optimistic; and that took us far. I realize the (private bank) Fed is unconstitutionally printing $ and then charging for it (!); but that's all the more reason why we should get off of both the power and the $ grids asap! Use new local $. Cheers!

  • @SingTruth -

Have you considered that there are things as zoning laws and such with in certain places say that PV panels need to be installed by professionals? or that an apartment 's landlord may not WANT you putting up PV panels on something you don't own?... or you know the community code that says if you do not have a meter your place is condemned, and unfit to live due to no power. ?...

Go back to hugging trees. I'll pay so I don't have to deal with making voltage

  • In most places you can have solar panels. There are great portable ones that can be used at ground level!

  • dude.....no poles....no power.......no way to spread your word.....and more importantly...........................no way to laugh at your stupid ass. you wanna live in the dark? that's your choice.I prefer to have lights. ans PS. I hunt deer, squirrels, ducks, and my truck (the old one) has no muffler and only get 4 MPG. it's a '38 dodge.

DAMN. I love pissing off enviromentalists. (enphasis on mental)

  • Aren't you yet aware that there are many better ways of carrying electricity? That is precisely why this structure was brought down! Think creatively and for the future! You're living regressively. You can have light all night without such nasty industrial things in people's back yards. It's the gov that forced these things on people - get out of the square-brain box.

  • @SingTruth:

    Name some....

    ......

Exactly. High tension power lines are for high voltage, which is why they are so tall. Being any closer to the ground would increase the risk of arcing to nearby structures, or even the ground itself.

  • YourTIV0 - Often power lines are buried a few feet below the ground, as you no doubt are aware. This is effective at stopping the electrical part of the field emissions, but not the magnetic part. Even when above ground, they are not placed high, relative to, for example, FM & TV towers' heights. FM, TV, phone & wifi emissions are considered more hazardous: their wavelengths and close harmonics thereof are close to the size of human bodies and body parts, maximizing absorption-per-exposure.

  • doesnt really matter putting transmission lines underground is a huge undertaken. not only that but its somewhere like 10 times the cost of an overhead line.

  • i feel srry for it :(

  • dont leave me! i love you!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

  • Link: I has 3 heartz left, u can has one <3

  • poor tower

  • its amazing how this song can make it feel so sad. haha weird i feel like bad for the tower ahha

  • @kirtster This song is deep and meaningful to only the shallowest of people.

  • @AtomchildMusic So like fuck you and stuff.

  • @kirtster LOL!!!

  • god, shitty ass music!

  • I could hear as the tower says: Great! Now I have a face full of dirt! Bullshit!

  • poor tower =(

  • it's sad to see these giants fall...

  • lovely... now whenever I hear this song I'll think of falling pylons. ='[

  • haha roast!!!

  • why the sad music? this is fun!

  • i think the song's name is Ode by Creed...but cool vid

  • One Last Breath by Creed. Awesome band.

  • Park the truck, A little closer! Thats not safe

  • whats the name of this song?!! i love it. ive heard it b4 but i forget the name

  • I believe this is Creed singing the song but do not know title

  • 380kv is da aber interessanter und wir machen sowas mit einer flex..

  • Can that also be don on life celltowers ?

  • would have loved to get those insulators!!

  • They come down like that with no wire on them. The government takes this very seriously if its not your job.

  • how tall was that tower

  • I believe about 105'

  • thanks

  • It would be easier for them if they kept the wire on so then it would fall down only one way

  • @Darian157 That would be putting the full weight of the tower on the insulators which are only designed to hold the weight of the wire, which means that as soon as the insulators broke or the wire snapped, the tower would fall the way it did anyway, only this way they don't have to clean up all the cable from the wreakage. That cable isn't cheap either, if it can be reused even in parts then it's better to not damage it if it can be avoided.

  • wow , they come down that easy hey? Ill have to go find my Oxy kit and have some fun..:>

  • nice

    kd8hln

  • very cool

  • Well it was a nice job, too bad there is no sound of the crash.

  • How.... unspectacular. LOL!
