UT had a winning season. the problem is that Davis and Kiffin clashed heads, cuz they are two men in a position of power when they have two different ideas about what needs to be done with the team. At UT, Kiffin is in control and he's doing a great job. take a look at the unbelievable coaching staff he's put together, and the recruiting class he got. I don't blame either Kiffin or davis, I just think that they were too different in their ideas about what needed to be done with the Raiders.

Al Davis is getting better with every interview. hey Derrin Horton was there. he narrates for some of the cool NFL Network shows.  i felt so bad about Kiffin being fired. with him there and the coaches he hired, the teams offense as a whole improved a lot. of course the players are what matters the most. but they got along so well with coach kiffin and his staff and that is why they improved when he was there. now he is gone. will the next coach even want to be head coach of the team?
