You can see that by the lighting condition (the dark side of the object reflects the condition of the room which is darker than the outside), the focus even keeps the object blurred at one time while the sky is sharp etc. But nice film though.
At first I was agreed with you but if you can see at second 0:58 the object has different perspective than in the second 0:28. Any way it could be a model and that would be the reason for bad focus. But ...
