He has yet to meet the conditions for reinstatement. And he was NOT in "good standing" as he claims. Look it up.

He focuses on life troubles families have and problems real people have in the benefit to help them. These people more then likely have issues relating to what he is talking about. That's just BS. He went there for the extra publicity of being the doctor who helped Britney.
She was already in a hospital with competent doctors there ready to help with counseling and medication. But Dr .Phil wanted the credit when she got better.
However Britney was unexpectedly smart enough to get the picture, and got rid of his ass. And the whole thing blew up in his face...:p

The fact is he was SANCTIONED by the Texas state board for an "inappropriate" relationship with a former patient, a 19 yr old girl. He hired her as his assistant, which is unethical. The woman claims that the relationship was physical. Either way, in order to be reinstated, Dr. Phil would have to undergo a full psychiatric evaluation among other things. He has yet to meet the conditions for reinstatement. And he was NOT in "good standing" as he claims. Look it up.

But the actual truth is there was no proof of an inappropriate relationship, as in no physical contact of any kind. The board closed the complaint due to McGraw filling all the requirements for the complaint's dismissal.
However, there are facts that states the relationship between his former patient, which was later his assistant, of an appropriate separation of the patient and business relationships.

Such as going through university, moving out of your home and working in a full time job. This is what gives adults a good idea of what happens in society.
